Winners of the contest "Master of the Minsk region-2017" will be awarded in Borisov

Honoring the winners of the "Master of Minsk Region-2017" professional mastery will be held today in Borisov, BelTA learned from the public relations specialist of the Minsk regional union of trade unions Natalia Miloserdova.

The event will be held in the Palace of Culture. M. Gorky. "The final stage of the competition was preceded by a lot of work throughout the year," said Natalia Miloserdova, "workers of various organizations, representatives of various professions and industries competed among themselves." The regional branch organizations of trade unions independently chose the most popular and popular professions in which mastery competitions were held. competitions were organized locally in teams, and then the regional stages of the competition took place, in which more than 500 specialists took part. "

21 people entered the final of the contest, each of which today will receive well-deserved awards. Winners are representatives of various professions: a seamstress, a nurse, an electrician, a social worker, a confectioner, a cook, a tower crane operator, a fashion designer, etc. For many, becoming the best in this competition provides the opportunity for further professional growth and professional development. From among the winners of the competition this year, 12 people under 35 years old.

For the first time the competition of professional skills "Master of the Minsk region" was held in 2013. Then its winners were 13 people. In total for five years of carrying out of action of a high rank 84 members of different professions were awarded. Not only experienced workers take part in the competition, but also young people who try to declare themselves and their abilities.

Among the tasks of the "Master of the Minsk Region" contest is to increase the prestige and qualification of the work of workers in mass professions, promote best practices, restore the personnel potential of the region's enterprises, and attract youth to the real sector of the economy.

The organizer of the competition is Minsk regional union of trade unions.
