Near the village of Uborki in Pukhovichi region, in March last year, construction began on a complex for the production of high-quality compound feeds, amino acids and premixes of Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation, Mlyn.by reports.

By the time of launch, the staff of the enterprise will be 600-700 people. With the introduction of the amino acid plant, the number of employees will double. Also, a large auto enterprise will be created at the production site. The project cost is more than 600 million dollars.

By the way, the first foundation was started to be poured practically on a wasteland, and today a whole complex of buildings and structures has already been built here. And huge structures are hidden underground: whole galleries, sections, workshops and conveyor belts are concentrated there. In addition, before a large-scale construction work, I had to work to lower the groundwater level.

The control center of 14 plants of the complex will be the building of an administrative complex. As the representative of the subcontracting construction company Stepan Goncharov said, its facade will be supplemented by metal structures, and an architectural element in the form of ears will be lined up around the perimeter. In the recreation area there will be a cascading waterfall and an artificial pond with a green lawn. This composition symbolizes the high environmental standards of the future enterprise.

Note that the building is structurally divided into three sections: a sales center, administration offices, a dining room. In the center of the roof there will be an anti-aircraft lamp - a glass roof. Under the building at a depth of 6 m there will be a shelter for 750 people. Such facility requirements prescribe safety measures in bioproduction.

Yuri Shilyagin, chief engineer and project manager of Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation, also emphasized that the construction of objects was divided into 22 stages to speed up the construction process at the design stage. Feed mills and granaries began to be erected among the first. The contract expires in July 2021, so the task is already this year to start the production of premixes, raw materials. To put into operation an administrative and household complex, a boiler room and related infrastructure, including a 4.5 km railway section, a gas supply network and 4 residential buildings in Druzhny. For the phased commissioning of the enterprise, certification and the start of production, this is enough. Then they will start the launch of a plant for the production of fish feed, then poultry and cattle. At the end of this - the beginning of next year, a mini-CHP will start operating, commissioning will begin on the production of amino acids. This is preceded by the creation of flour, starch and glucose workshops.

— This is our first such enterprise in this area. And it will focus on highly efficient animal feed, resulting in a tremendous effect in livestock and related industries. This enterprise, which we are building near Minsk, is akin to the nuclear power plant, the first unit of which we are launching in the near future, is akin to the creation of high-precision weapons in Belarus, the space projects that we have implemented and continue to work. This is due to the highest technology, this is the future. Add to this the IT park and the digitalization of our country, not only the economy. This is the future of our state, like any other,” then noted Alexander Lukashenko.
