On August 17, a meeting with the heads of educational institutions was held in the department for education, sports and tourism of Cherven region executive committee. The issue of providing staff to pedagogical institutions of the region was discussed, the newspaper "Raionny Vesnik" writes.
New heads of educational institutions were presented at the meeting. Also, 23 young specialists who graduated from various educational institutions began to work in schools, preschool institutions and institutions of additional education in the region.
However, it was noted that despite the replenishment, there is not enough teaching staff in the region. Therefore, the main task facing the heads of educational institutions is to close the vacant positions before the start of the academic year.
“The quality of the organization of the educational process depends on us,” said the head of the department, Irina Nikolaevna. - It is necessary not only to give the full load to the teacher, but also to create for them normal conditions for work and life. Two apartments have already been allocated for teachers in the district, and there will be one more by the new year. In addition, we have the right to invite for pedagogical work not teachers, but people with higher and secondary specialized education. It is possible to attract for work and specialists from other areas. We also have this practice.
