This opinion was voiced by the chairman of Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Turchin, assessing the work of builders to build rental housing for regional doctors in the village of Zatsen, Minsk region.

These houses have a complicated history. They were originally built for the commercial market, but they turned out to be unclaimed. In the spring, the governor visited the residential area, after which it was decided not to wait for its destruction, but to rebuild it for rental housing. As a result, seven houses with a total area of 1802.36 sq. m.

- It's not a secret for anyone that the social sphere is one of the priorities, and housing is a significant component of the well-being of every person. That is why it was decided to redesign the unclaimed square meters into what people really need now, and in particular medical workers. The tasks were completed on time and today I can say that decent living conditions have been created here, - said Alexander Turchin.

Very soon, five families and at least 16 young people who work in the health sector of the Minsk region will acquire rental housing. At the service of the former are three-storey spacious houses with several rooms, well-equipped bathrooms, a separate boiler room, a private garage, a terrace where you can enjoy the views of the fields and the reservoir. And this is literally a few hundred meters from Minsk.

Single tenants will find a modern, almost apartment-type dormitory fully equipped with furniture. The rental price per person, by the way, is no more than 25 rubles, and a house for a family is just over 100 rubles. Whereas renting a one-room apartment in the capital will cost $250. Doesn't every social worker dream of such support?

- Support for the social sector will continue in the future. Moreover, we plan to build rental housing in each district of the region. It is clear that this may not be a whole high-rise building, but we will definitely allocate several apartments for doctors and teachers. In my opinion, rental housing has a great future. Modern youth is very mobile, having worked in one place, young specialists do not mind, for example, leaving for another area where the salary is higher, for example. And rental housing will be a great addition. In general, I think that we need to strive to equalize living conditions in the city and in the countryside. People should live in equally comfortable conditions. Now we are actively working on this issue at the level of agriculture, and next year we plan to start active construction of high-quality housing in rural areas, - said the head of the central region.

The head physician of the Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital Alexander Linkevich, whose employees, among other things, will soon receive housing in Zatsen, does not hide positive emotions.

- This, of course, is a great help for medical workers and especially young specialists who always find it difficult to start an independent life. The accommodation is excellent, of course, there is a logistics issue, but we are solving it.

As the Deputy Chairman of Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Kruchanov noted, the possibility of organizing an additional route of public transport to the city is already being considered. This means that future tenants will not have any problems here either.
