BATE won against Brest Dynamo in the Belarusian Football Cup at Borisov Arena with a score of 4: 2

BATE Borisov at his stadium on December 5 played the postponed match of the 1/8 finals of the Belarusian Football Cup with Dynamo Brest. The Yellow-Blues won 4: 2 and advanced to the quarterfinals.

Borisov reached this stage of the Cup, defeating the first league team "Granit" from Mikashevichi on August 29 in the 1/16 finals in Luninets with a score of 5: 0.

All fights of the 1/8 finals took place on October 2-4.

As a result of these meetings, the teams of the Minsk region reached the ¼ stage of the tournament: Zhodino "Torpedo-BelAZ", Soligorsk "Shakhtar", "Isloch" of the Minsk region and Dzerzhinsk "Arsenal". They were accompanied by "Minsk", "Vitebsk", Grodno "Neman".

Slutsk, who lost to Shakhtar 1: 4, and Gorodeya, who unexpectedly lost to the first-league Arsenal 0: 3, finished their performance in the cup at the 1/8 final stage.

The match BATE - Dynamo Brest was then postponed indefinitely due to the participation of Brest residents in the UEFA Europa League. And now it has taken place.

The citizens of Borisov advance to the final of the Football Cup of Belarus.
