New district in Smolevichi is planned to be built up by 2023

The new district in Smolevichi is planned to be built up by 2023. First Deputy Chairman of Minsk City Executive Committee Dmitry Mikulenok spoke about this today during a direct telephone line, BelTA has learned.

"Now, when building housing in the region, we focus on the satellite city of Smolevichi. We have designed a comfortable microdistrict No. 2, where they have already begun to build three low-rise apartment buildings. Construction of six more houses and a kindergarten will begin soon. We expect that in 2023 the microdistrict We will fully equip houses and social infrastructure - a polyclinic, a school and service facilities, - said Dmitry Mikulenok. - After the construction of the quarter in Smolevichi, the next will be the development of the satellite city of Rudensk."

The construction of housing on the territory of the young quarter is provided for people who need to improve their living conditions, the first deputy chairman said. When building houses in Smolevichi, such citizens, regardless of the date of registration, are provided with state support in the manner and under the conditions set forth in decree No. 240.
