Volunteers of the Dobroe Serdce BRYU movement in the Gomel region will make order after more than 40 objects during the rally "#ЗаДело!", BelTA learned from the first secretary of the regional committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union Igor Zavalei.
The first labor force will begin work on March 12 in the territory of the Gomel palace and park ensemble. The volunteer squad will be headed by the first secretary of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. The initiative will be picked up in all areas of the region. "Young people will unite in volunteer groups and go to recreation areas, parks and squares, to the coastlines, where they will clean up the area, to clean up the garbage after the winter," said Igor Zavaley. In addition, young people will help the elderly in the local area.
As planned, this stage of the action, which will last until the end of April, will involve more than 1.5 thousand volunteers in the region consisting of 60 teams. "During the action, every young person will have the opportunity to work for the benefit of their small homeland. Boys and girls should fully realize that their contribution to the appearance of a particular city, village, avenue, street, courtyard is very valuable," said the first secretary.
A nationwide youth project "#ЗаДело!" started in 2018. The goal of the initiative is to involve every young person in the improvement and maintenance of order in his small homeland, to create open creative spaces with the help of young people in Minsk and the regions of Belarus.
