Belarus and Russia are set to share expertise and knowledge in developing digital medicine, Belarus First Deputy Premier Aleksandr Turchin told reporters following his meeting with Russia's Vice-Premier Maksim Akimov in Moscow on 18 October, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Turchin noted that both countries have some valuable experience to share with each other in the field of digital medicine. “We have agreed to arrange a Belarus-Russia conference on digital medicine, because we both have some interesting solutions,” he said. Aleksandr Turchin added that Belarus and Russia need to work out common approaches to digitalization of medicine.
On 18 October Aleksandr Turchin visited a situation center of the Moscow Healthcare Department. This center conducts a real-time monitoring of Moscow's polyclinics using digital technology and video services. Aleksandr Turchin is also set to visit a public services center, a traffic management center and the Ostankino television center.
