In January-February, budget revenues from individual entrepreneurs in Vitebsk region grew by almost 25% compared to the same period of 2018, the press service of the regional tax inspectorate told BelTA.
In total, during this period, the individual entrepreneurs paid to the budget Br9.4 million, including tax Br4.3 million under the simplified tax system, Br1.8 million of the single tax from individual entrepreneurs and other individuals. The proportion of payments of IP amounted to 4.2% of the total budget revenues. The most significant financial contribution to district budgets is made by individual entrepreneurs in the Miorsky district, where the share of their payments is 18.8%, and also in Postavy (17.7%), Orsha and Verkhnedvinsky (7.5% each), Lepelsky (6.2 %).
As of March 1, 21,790 individual entrepreneurs were registered with the tax authorities, their number has increased by about 1% since the beginning of the year. The largest increase in the number of individual entrepreneurs is observed in Dubrovensky (by 3.3%), Vitebsk (3.2%), Liozno (2.8%) and Miory (2.7%) districts.
The growth trend of this category of small business entities is registered in almost all districts of the Vitebsk region, with the exception of Beshenkovichi, Sharkovshchina, Ushachi and Postavy, in each of which the number of individual entrepreneurs has decreased by one.
