A group of inspectors of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) plans to inspect the Polymir industrial enterprise, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
“An inspection group of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) will visit Belarus in accordance with the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction. The group will inspect the Polymir industrial enterprise of Naftan oil refinery as required under the convention,” the ministry said.
Previously, the enterprise was inspected by OPCW inspectors in 1999 and 2009.
