Belarus is ready to expand the range of goods supplied to China. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Igor Brylo at the opening of the national exposition at the Chinese International Exhibition of Imported Goods and Services, BelTA has learned.

“For 9 months of 2020, the export of Belarusian foodstuffs to China amounted to almost $ 187 million, which is 2.3 times higher than in the same period last year. The supply of Belarusian meat and dairy products to China is growing, which, we hope, has already been appreciated by the Chinese consumers. We are ready to expand the range of supplied goods and offer Chinese consumers high-quality cheeses, butter, yoghurts, whole milk, meat and other products. Igor Brylo expressed the opinion that this event will allow representatives of the two countries to get to know each other better, evaluate the quality of products manufactured in Belarus and discuss options for mutually beneficial cooperation. "This will not only allow reaching the conclusion of contracts for mutual supplies of agricultural products, but also working out options for investment cooperation and participation in joint ventures in China and Belarus," he stressed.

“At the virtual Belarusian national exposition, we invite our Chinese partners to get acquainted with only some samples of our country's products, as well as discuss the possibilities of supplying these products to China.
