The National Agency for Investments and Privatization will hold regional educational seminars on public-private partnership issues, BelTA learned from the NAIP.

Representatives of the Center for PPP NIPP, the Ministry of Economy, experts of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe will serve as experts at the seminars.
Participants will be able to get acquainted with the specifics and practice of work in the field of public-private partnership, the main stages of drafting projects, the specifics of their financing, the norms of the current legislation in this area in Belarus, the possibilities of using the PPP mechanism as an alternative to public procurement while implementing infrastructure projects.
During the seminars, case studies of projects implemented on the principles of public-private partnership in other countries will also be presented. The experts will discuss the practical aspects of preparing the projects using the example of the first pilot PPP project in Belarus "Reconstruction of the section of the M-10 highway".
