Cash earned on the day of the Republican subbotnik, including in the workplace, in amounts determined voluntarily by employees, including those whose activities are not related to the production of goods (works), the provision of paid services, will be transferred through district and city executive committees in regional executive committees and Minsk city executive committee.
It is envisaged that 50% of the funds remain at the disposal of the regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee. The decree also approved the composition of the working group for the preparation and conduct of the national subbotnik. The group leader is Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Kukharev.
